Thank you for choosing Hair State of Mind. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all of our clients, we have outlined out Terms of Service below. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and policies.

At Hair State of Mind, we understand that things can unexpectedly come up that are out of our control. So, to respect our time and the time of other guests, there will be a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

*This cancellation charge is non refundable and will not be put towards your next scheduled appointment.
